Grape varieties: Chardonnay, Trebbiano and a little part of Malvasia toscana

Harvest: By hand
Winemaking: Grapes were de-stemmed and left to macerate in the press for six hours to leach out aroma substances and body from the skins. Fermentation was done in stainless steel tanks with yeasts naturally occurring on the grapes. Matured in steinless steel tanks
Food recommendations: Enjoy with fish starters, shellfish and crustaceans or simply as an aperitif.
