Harvest: by hand, with careful selection of the grapes at the beginning of september
Winemaking: Grapes were de-stemmed and left short to macerate in the press. Fermentation was done in stainless steel tanks with yeasts naturally occurring on the grapes. Matured in stainless steel tanks
Food recommendations: Enjoy with fish starters, shellfish and crustaceans or simply as an aperitif.
