The characteristic dining area is the ideal setting to savour our homemade cuisine. All our produce is exclusively biologically grown; from the oil and wine, honey and truffles, to home-grown vegetables and cured meats. All meals are prepared according to local custom, employing traditional use of herbs and a wood-burning oven and are served family-style. In the summer months we encourage you to enjoy our rich breakfast or romantic dinner in the garden.

Lunch or Dinner: Appetizer, soup, first course, second course, dessert. Wine and coffee included
Lunch or Dinner: Appetizer, soup, dessert.  Wine and coffee included.
Samplings of cured meats, cheeses, bruschette (toasted breads with various toppings) and schiacciate (traditional soft bread baked with oil and rosemary)

Alternatively Vegetarian Menu featuring Etruscan dishes (Cooked Water, Barley, Pici Pasta), Pizza.


We also organise cookery courses for guests on their own or to small groups. Here we try to involve our guests in discovering the natural ingredients from our area which we use in preparing our meals.
